To engage in the importation and distribution of fertilizers, plant growth boosters and regulators, soil conditioners, raw materials for agricultural chemicals, and other horticultural/agricultural-related products that would contribute to the improvement, growth, and sustainability of the agriculture industry.  

Secondarily, to provide technical support services to farmer customers and whenever possible, provide meaningful and successful linkages to market, finance, and input suppliers.
